ANALOG & COMMUNICATION SYSTEM LAB |
Basically a communication system is of analog or digital type; hence the purpose of this lab is to provide basic and advanced information in the area of communication. The student gain information about the different filtering process done both at the Tax & Rx side, & also able to analyze a difference in various analog modulation techniques such as “AM, FM, PM” etc., in analog communication system lab. |

ELECTRONIC MEASUREMENT & INSTRUMENTATION LAB |
The laboratory combines both hardware and software facilities. The Measurements & Instrumentation lab is equipped with CRO, oscilloscopes, various trainer kit and earth tester such as mugger), signal generators, digital millimeters and loading inductor, capacitor, resistive loads, lcr meter, energy meter. The software used includes mat lab, c++, etc. |

SIGNAL & SYSTEM LAB |
In this course, the student will acquire hands-on experience with programming in MATLAB. MATLAB will enable you to study and understand the theory behind signals and systems as well as validate the theory with real-world examples. The labs will cover linear time-invariant systems, Fourier series and Fourier transform, sampling, digital filters, along with several accompanying digital signal-processing (DSP) applications. |

MICROWAVE ENGG. LAB |
Microwave engineering pertains to the study and design of microwave circuits, components, and systems. Fundamental principles are applied to analysis, design and measurement techniques in this field. The short wavelengths involved distinguish this discipline from Electronic engineering. This is because there are different interactions with circuits, transmissions and propagation characteristics at microwave frequencies. Some theories and devices that pertain to this field are antennas, radar, transmission lines, space based systems (remote sensing), measurements, microwave radiation hazards and safety measures. |

VLSI LAB |
VLSI chip design mainly concentrates on designing a chip or IC. The IC so designed can be used for several purposes like embedded systems, robotics, signal processing etc... Hence, as a whole there need not be a specific comparison between these two. |
